Some people are pretty stupid and think they know the law but they really don’t. Know the law before saying you will call in lawyers.

And what is the difference between Apple and Microsoft in terms of their music business? It’s both too expensive and drm’ed. No thank you I would pefer getting my music in a form where I can consume it how and where I want too including not using iTunes.

I couldn’t agree with this more.
